Ingredients
  

  • 360 ml watermelon juice freshly blended
  • 80 ml lemon or lime juice to taste
  • 45 g honey or agave syrup adjust sweetness as desired
  • 30 g sugar-free gelatin for a chewy texture
  • 1 pinch salt to enhance flavor
  • 10 g Vitamin C powder to coat the candies
  • 5 g sugar or monk fruit to finish the coating

Method
 

  1. Blend the watermelon until it becomes juice.
  2. Mix the watermelon juice with the lemon juice and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it hydrate for 2 minutes.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring until everything is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and add honey or agave syrup.
  5. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Unmold and coat with the tangy mixture of vitamin C, sugar, and monk fruit.
