Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and white sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Divide and press into the bottom of mini dessert glasses.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. In another bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk and lime juice until well combined. Fold into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  3. Divide the filling mixture in half; to one half, add green food coloring and mix until even.
  4. Layer the two colored fillings into the glasses, starting with the plain filling, followed by green filling until glasses are filled.
  5. Chill the desserts in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Top each dessert with whipped cream, lime zest, and crushed graham crackers before serving.
