Ingredients
  

  • 220 g cottage cheese low-fat Good Culture brand recommended
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • filling of choice suggestions: chicken, tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic glaze

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Food Processor

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray to grease it.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and black pepper in a food processor or blender. Blend for 30-40 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture in a thin layer on the parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
  4. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes and then carefully peel it from the parchment paper. Add your favorite fillings and enjoy!

Notes

Don't forget to spray the parchment paper with oil to make sure the wrap doesn't stick to it. Feel free to customize the fillings based on your preferences!
