- Heat ½ cup of water until steaming, ensuring it does not boil.
- Slowly sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the hot water while continuously stirring until it is fully dissolved. A foamy texture is normal at this stage.
- Incorporate the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (if using) and your chosen sweetener into the mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Pour the remaining ½ cup of cold water into the mixture to help cool it down.
- Carefully transfer the gelatin mixture into your chosen glass dish or silicone mold.
- Refrigerate the dish or mold for a minimum of 2 hours, or until the gelatin is completely set and firm.
- Once set, cut the gelatin into desired cubes and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
