Ingredients
Method
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease.
- In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips.
- Place over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes smooth and fully melted (6-8 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly combined.
- Pour into prepared pan, smooth the top, and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
- Lift fudge from pan and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
Notes
For best results, use premium white chocolate with cocoa butter as the first ingredient. Avoid high heat to prevent grainy texture. Overnight chilling yields the firmest squares and enhances spice flavor.
