- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, nutritional yeast, baking powder, and sea salt. Mix until no clumps remain.
- Add egg whites and apple cider vinegar to the dry mix. Slowly pour in hot water while mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into hamburger-sized buns. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on tops of buns and bake in the lower oven rack for 50 to 60 minutes until buns double in size and sound hollow when tapped.
- Remove from oven and let buns cool completely before slicing.
