- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Bring salted water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 3 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, drain, and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, whisk soup and milk until smooth. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar until slightly melted.
- Fold broccoli into the creamy mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread evenly in prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This Cheesy Broccoli Casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight or frozen unbaked for up to 3 months. Thaw before baking and add 10–15 minutes to cook time. Perfect for meal prep, potlucks, or quick family dinners.
