Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Cooked Rice
  • 200 g Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 240 g Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 150 g Corn drained
  • 150 g Diced Tomatoes
  • 100 g Shredded Cheese
  • 100 g Chopped Lettuce
  • 120 ml Sour Cream
  • 200 g Doritos crushed
  • to taste Salsa

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and add water as per package instructions. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Layer the meat mixture over the rice mixture.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and chopped lettuce.
  6. Drizzle with sour cream and add crushed Doritos on top.
  7. Serve with salsa if desired.
