- Slice halloumi evenly into ½-inch thick pieces. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Fry halloumi for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Thinly slice the red bell pepper and red onion. Julienne the cucumber and tear the lettuce leaves. Ensure vegetables remain fresh and crisp.
- Spread sweet chili sauce evenly on each tortilla wrap. Layer with the fried halloumi, then the prepared vegetables (bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, lettuce), and finally any optional toppings like avocado, fresh herbs, or pickled vegetables.
- To form the wrap, fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then roll or fold the sides inwards to create a tight, burrito-style wrap.
