- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brush the sweet chili garlic mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
This dish pairs wonderfully with steamed rice, quinoa, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal. For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
