Ingredients
  

  • 170 g Strawberry Jello
  • 500 ml Boiling water
  • 240 g Crushed pretzels
  • 50 g Sugar (for crust)
  • 113 g Unsalted butter
  • 227 g Cream cheese (softened)
  • 100 g Sugar (for filling)
  • 227 g Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 454 g Strawberries (sliced)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water; set aside to cool.
  3. Mix melted butter with crushed pretzels and sugar; press into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
  5. Combine sliced strawberries with cooled jello; pour over cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
