Ingredients
  

  • 240 g small-curd cottage cheese
  • 30 g honey or maple syrup
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, reserve some whole for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them, reserving some whole for garnish.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese and half of the sliced strawberries; blend until smooth.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract; blend again until well mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the strawberry-cottage cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Spoon into serving cups, garnish with reserved strawberries, and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can use low-fat cottage cheese or substitute the heavy cream with a lighter whipped topping.
