  • 2 g frozen bananas, peeled before freezing Use ripe bananas for sweetness
  • 225 g frozen strawberries Can substitute with other frozen fruits
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml non-dairy milk Almond, soy, or oat milk work well
  • Optional add-ins (protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds, etc) Customize with your favorite toppings

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl. Add your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
