Method
 

  1. Place the Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine green candy melts, peanut butter, and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer coated cereal to a large zip-top bag. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
  5. Spread cereal on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let set for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Once set, toss with M&Ms, shamrock sprinkles, and marshmallows. Serve or store in an airtight container.
