Ingredients
  

  • 450 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 unit lime juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 100 g lettuce (shredded)
  • 150 g tomato (diced)
  • 1 medium avocado (sliced)
  • 60 ml sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Next, toss in the diced chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s cooked through and no longer pink.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from heat and stir in the lime juice and zest.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. To assemble the wraps, place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Add the lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top. If you like, add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  9. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  10. Slice the wraps in half, serve, and enjoy!
