Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 80 g vanilla protein powder adjust based on brand
  • 30 ml coconut oil, melted
  • 60 ml maple syrup
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 2.5 ml cinnamon
  • 1.25 ml nutmeg
  • 1.25 ml salt
For the Coating
  • 24 g coconut sugar
  • 5 ml cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Stir until a soft, moldable dough forms. Adjust with extra maple syrup or almond flour if needed.
  3. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to shape equal-sized balls.
  4. Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Place bites on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Enjoy! Serve chilled and store leftovers in the fridge.
