- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to shape equal-sized balls.
- Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Roll each ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place bites on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy! Serve chilled and store leftovers in the fridge.
