Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, green chile sauce, cream cheese, black beans (if using), and half the shredded cheese.
- Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the filling in the center of each, rolling them up tightly.
- Place the rolled burritos in a baking dish seam-side down.
- Pour the remaining green chile sauce over the burritos and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen. Reheat in the microwave or oven to preserve texture.
