Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 2 cups strawberry or cherry candy-coated chocolates
  • cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening
  • Valentine’s sprinkles for decorating

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, pretzels, candy-coated chocolates, and marshmallows.
  3. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  5. Pour melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture.
  6. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
  8. Immediately top with Valentine’s sprinkles.
  9. Allow to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  10. Break into clusters and serve.
