Method
- Preheat oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange pretzels in a single layer and place one unwrapped Rolo on each.
- Bake for 4–7 minutes until Rolos look glossy and softened.
- Remove from oven and gently press a pecan half into each softened Rolo.
- Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set before serving.
Notes
For a colorful variation, replace pecans with M&Ms. Always check the Rolos at 4 minutes—overbaking causes caramel to melt into puddles.
