Method
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with half the condensed milk and butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in half of the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, melt white chocolate chips with remaining condensed milk and butter the same way.
- Stir in remaining vanilla and chopped cherries.
- Pour half the dark chocolate into the pan and spread evenly.
- Add the white cherry mixture on top.
- Pour remaining dark chocolate and swirl gently with a knife.
- Refrigerate until set, then slice into squares.
Notes
Make sure cherries are completely dry to avoid grainy fudge. Do not overheat chocolate. Use high-quality chocolate chips for best texture and flavor.
