Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes. Simmer gently.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 minutes until thickened.
- Add baked meatballs to sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until fully glazed and heated through.
Notes
Avoid overmixing meatball mixture for tender texture. For gluten-free, use tamari and GF breadcrumbs.
