Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat salmon lightly in flour mixture.
  4. Press salmon into panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer and spray basket with oil.
  6. Air fry salmon until golden and crispy.
  7. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
  8. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  9. Toss cooked salmon in sauce.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes
