Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook jumbo shells in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Remove from heat and whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold in lobster meat, crab meat, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
- Arrange shells in the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Do not overcook the pasta shells or overfill them. Handle the seafood gently to keep the texture tender and luxurious.
