- Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and corn syrup, stirring until smooth.

- Pour caramel over cereal and toss gently to coat.
- Spread mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over warm mix and toss to coat.
- Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
