Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place brie in a small oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Lightly score the top rind of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
- Spread fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the jam and drizzle with honey, if using.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey in the center.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with thyme if desired, and serve warm with crackers or fruit.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the pecans before using. This baked brie can be assembled up to 24 hours ahead and baked just before serving.
