- Preheat oven to 375°F. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay, and parsley.
- Spoon filling onto half the biscuits, then top with the remaining ones. Pinch edges to seal and press lightly.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them rest for 2 minutes, then slice or serve whole.

Feel free to customize the filling with other seafood or spices to suit your preference. These melts are best served warm.
