  • 0.75 cup cooked shrimp Ensure shrimp are fully cooked and chopped into bite-sized pieces for even distribution.
  • 0.75 cup lump crab meat Gently flake the crab meat, checking for any shell fragments.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded mozzarella melts more smoothly than pre-bagged.
  • 2 oz cream cheese Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 0.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning Adjust to your taste; add a pinch more for extra zing.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley Finely chop the parsley to release its fresh aroma and flavor.

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay, and parsley.
  3. Spoon filling onto half the biscuits, then top with the remaining ones. Pinch edges to seal and press lightly.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let them rest for 2 minutes, then slice or serve whole.
