Ingredients
  

  • 450 g ground chicken
  • 30 ml sesame oil
  • 30 g fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml honey
  • 120 g carrots, shredded
  • 120 g bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 30 g green onions, chopped
  • 1 head butter or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • to taste sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients: wash and dry lettuce, chop green onions and bell pepper, shred carrots.
  2. Cook ground chicken in sesame oil until golden brown.
  3. Add minced ginger and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; simmer to meld flavors.
  5. Stir in shredded carrots and bell pepper, cooking until slightly softened.
  6. Assemble wraps with chicken mixture, top with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with additional toppings if desired.
