- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and create an indentation in each ball.
- Fill indentations with raspberry preserves and reshape into balls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar and cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
