- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
- Using a small spoon or a melon baller, scoop out portions of the cream cheese mixture and form into small balls.
- Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to serve. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
