Method
 

  1. Gently rinse all your berries and other fruits, then pat them dry with soft towels.
  2. Hull and slice strawberries. Peel and chop cantaloupe, mango, and kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  3. On your platter, start layering your fruits in ROY G. BIV order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet.
  4. Use any reserved fruit to fill gaps and add height. Fresh mint sprigs add a lovely finishing touch.
