Method
- Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and honey (if using) to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Add ice gradually and blend again until thick and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use frozen strawberries. Make ahead by blending without ice and adding ice just before serving.
