- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Add diced potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper. Cook 8–10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir in corned beef, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Press mixture flat and cook 3–5 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
- Flip sections, add remaining butter, and repeat crisping 2–3 times.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a cast-iron skillet and avoid stirring too often. Serve with fried eggs for a classic breakfast.
