- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip gently until fluffy.
- Break cooled pretzel mixture into pieces.
- Fold strawberries and half of the pretzel mixture into the cheesecake fluff.
- Top with remaining pretzel mixture before serving.
