  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or bok choy
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Splash of neutral oil for sautéing

Method
 

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients. Mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop green onions.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
