Method
- Mix protein powder, cacao powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add sunflower seed butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir while adding liquid gradually until dough forms.
- Roll into small balls and place on lined tray.
- Freeze for 15–30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Place back on tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill until chocolate is set.
- Serve and store as needed.
Notes
Adjust liquid slowly depending on protein powder consistency. Freeze before dipping to maintain shape. Use high-quality dark chocolate for best taste and texture.
