Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 –4 tablespoons water or milk
  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaked sea salt

Method
 

  1. Mix protein powder, cacao powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add sunflower seed butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir while adding liquid gradually until dough forms.
  4. Roll into small balls and place on lined tray.
  5. Freeze for 15–30 minutes.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  7. Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
  8. Place back on tray and sprinkle with sea salt.
  9. Chill until chocolate is set.
  10. Serve and store as needed.

Notes

Adjust liquid slowly depending on protein powder consistency. Freeze before dipping to maintain shape. Use high-quality dark chocolate for best taste and texture.
