Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 large egg beaten (egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds or everything-bagel seasoning

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold gently to keep crab chunks intact.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and unroll crescent dough into triangles.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of crab filling on the wide end of each triangle. Roll toward the pointed end, forming crescents, and arrange 2 inches apart.
  4. Brush each crescent with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything-bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake 11–13 minutes until golden brown. Cool 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture, avoid over-mixing the filling. Keep dough slightly chilled for easier rolling and cleaner shaping.
