Method
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F or oven to 375°F.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll into balls.
- Place in air fryer in a single layer and cook 6–8 minutes, or bake in oven for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush hot biscuit bites with melted butter.
- Toss in cinnamon sugar until fully coated.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm bites.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd during cooking to ensure crispiness. Coat while hot so cinnamon sugar sticks well. Adjust glaze thickness by adding more milk or powdered sugar as needed.
