Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing optional
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and golden.
  3. Toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  4. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable.
  6. Lay tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing down the center if using.
  7. Add buffalo chicken, Caesar-dressed lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Roll wraps tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing and always assemble just before serving to avoid sogginess.
