  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro sliced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spread BBQ chicken in the center of each tortilla.
