Method
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread BBQ chicken in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a generous portion of coleslaw.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture, assemble wraps just before serving to prevent the coleslaw from becoming watery.
