Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound salmon fillets skin removed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook salmon by pan-searing, baking, or air frying until golden and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  5. Toss cooked salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle on top.
  6. Serve immediately with optional garnishes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan or air fryer. Serve sauce on the side if preferred.
