- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- Fold in the blended cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add optional vegetables if using and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Optional: Broil for 1 minute for a golden top.
- Let rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
