Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan and mix until shrimp are well coated.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Cook until shrimp are pink and Parmesan is golden and crispy.
- Remove and toss with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use raw shrimp for best texture. Do not overcrowd the basket. Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best crispy coating.
