Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat shrimp completely dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss shrimp with oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Parmesan and mix until shrimp are well coated.
  5. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil.
  6. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Cook until shrimp are pink and Parmesan is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove and toss with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use raw shrimp for best texture. Do not overcrowd the basket. Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best crispy coating.
