Method
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Stir the sweetened condensed milk to ensure even consistency.
- Melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk together over low heat or in the microwave (1 minute at half power, then 30-second intervals), stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Lift fudge from pan using foil and cut into squares.
Notes
Ensure white chocolate is melted slowly to avoid burning. Refrigeration time is essential for proper setting.
