- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Whisk gently until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture into a smaller bowl for a single serving.
- Using a hand mixer, whip for 30 to 45 seconds until light and fluffy to your desired consistency.
- Pour chilled coffee or cold brew into a glass and top with pumpkin cold foam.
- Garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Ensure the pumpkin puree is thick and not watery. Do not over-whip or you’ll risk turning the cream into butter. Keep mixture cold for best foaming results.
