Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 355 ml heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup 100 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup 82 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Whisk gently until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of mixture into a smaller bowl for a single serving.
  4. Using a hand mixer, whip for 30 to 45 seconds until light and fluffy to your desired consistency.
  5. Pour chilled coffee or cold brew into a glass and top with pumpkin cold foam.
  6. Garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Ensure the pumpkin puree is thick and not watery. Do not over-whip or you’ll risk turning the cream into butter. Keep mixture cold for best foaming results.
