Ingredients
  

  • 480 g full-fat cottage cheese
  • 180 g shredded mozzarella cheese Reserve 0.5 cup for topping
  • 240 ml pasta sauce For layering
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150 g mixed pizza toppings Customize to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. In a baking dish, spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
  4. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce evenly.
  5. Sprinkle your choice of pizza toppings on top, followed by the remaining mozzarella cheese. Finish with another layer of pasta sauce if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden brown.
  7. Let the Pizza Cottage Cheese Bake cool for a few minutes before cutting it into squares.
  8. Serve it warm with a side salad or garlic bread, optionally adding fresh herbs on top.
