Ingredients
  

  • 150 g pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 113 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 85 g chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

These brownies can be served warm with ice cream or enjoyed as is. Feel free to add more nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
