  • 240 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 200 g Granulated Sugar
  • 113 g Butter softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 240 ml Milk
  • 10 ml Vanilla Extract
  • 210 g Colorful Gumdrops chopped
  • 5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2.5 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease baking pan thoroughly.
  3. Chop gumdrops into small pieces.
  4. Mix flour, baking powder, salt together.
  5. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  6. Add eggs one at a time.
  7. Pour in milk and vanilla extract.
  8. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  9. Gently stir in chopped gumdrops.
  10. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  11. Bake for 35-40 minutes total.
  12. Cool completely before cutting slices.
