Method
- Dry the wings with paper towels. Dry skin makes them very crispy.
- Put wings in a large bowl. Add baking powder and all spices. Toss them until they are coated well.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F. Let it warm up for five minutes.
- Place wings in the fryer basket. Do not crowd the wings. Leave space for the hot air.
- Cook the wings for 10 minutes. This starts the crisping process.
- Open the basket and flip them. Use your tongs carefully.
- Cook for 10 more minutes. The skin should look dark gold.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Use a small bowl for this.
- Put hot wings in a clean bowl. Pour the sauce over them. Toss until they are fully coated.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a classic touch.
