Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • A handful of Mint Leaves
  • 2 cups Water

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. Pick the mint leaves from the stems and set them aside.
  3. Juice the lemon into a small bowl.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
  5. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Himalayan pink salt and pour in the water.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Let the mixture chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
