- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Check mozzarella balls for size consistency. Halve larger ones if needed.
- Assemble skewers: thread a cherry tomato, fold and add a basil leaf, then finish with a mozzarella ball.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes (optional) before serving for optimal flavor.
Notes
Best served within 2–4 hours of assembly. Use high-quality olive oil and balsamic glaze for best results. Avoid over-salting, as mozzarella already contains sodium.
